santalucía wishes to officially inform the general public that a gang of delinquents that is operating internationally is using the name and prestige of our company (as well as that of other Insurance or Bank entities and Official Spanish Organizations) with the fraudulent intention of swindling innocent citizens from all over the world, using the lure of the Spanish Primitive Lottery and National Lottery winnings. There have also been some recent cases in which the delinquents try to use the deposit of goods, jewelry and cash formula in order to achieve their aims. In all cases, the delinquents ask for money to cover non-existent management expenses or payment of taxes.
All these irregularities have been published in many different national and international media. In fact, the Spanish and foreign police are actively investigating this network of swindlers. Consequently, we would like the general public to know that santalucía has nothing to do with these illegal activities and its name and prestige are being utilized to facilitate the fraudulent activities of those delinquents.
